Eastport, Mississippi was formerly a steamboat landing and town in Tishomingo County, Mississippi about 8 miles northeast of Iuka, Mississippi on the south bank of the Tennessee River. It was a significant port for river boats during the 1850's. During the American Civil War, it was an debarkation point for Union forces following the battles of Shiloh and Corinth as they moved troops and supplies for the Mississippi Campaign.

Much of the town was lost to the waters of w:Pickwick Lake following the construction Pickwick Dam by TVA. It survives today as a small group of lakeside homes.
